Privacy at Pentasoft
At Pentasoft, we recognize that privacy is important. This policy applies to all products, services and websites offered by Pentasoft Sistemas SL or any of its subsidiaries or related companies (known collectively as "Pentasoft").
Furthermore, if more detailed information is needed to explain our privacy policy, we establish separate privacy notices to describe how particular services process personal information. We fully comply with the Spanish Organic Law on Personal Data Protection (LOPD), as well as any other applicable law in any country where we provide our services.

Information we collect and how we manage it
We offer a number of services that require neither registration to have an account nor personal information to be provided, such as web search, images, videos, news, addresses, maps, etc. In order to be able to offer you this wide range of services, we may collect the following types of information:
Information that you provide to us: when you sign up for a Pentasoft account or for other Pentasoft services or promotions that require registration, we ask you for personal information (such as name, email address, etc.). We keep your information in encrypted form on secure servers. We may combine the information you submit with your account with information from other Pentasoft services or third parties with the aim of offering a better experience as well as improving the quality of our services. For certain services, you may be given the opportunity to opt out of combining such information.
In accordance with the Organic Law 15/1999 and Law 34/2002, if you want to send your CV or leave your details in the forms provided on this website, you are informed of, and expressly consent to, your data being included and stored in a file property of Pentasoft Sistemas SL having its registered office in the address mentioned at the footer of this document. The aforementioned is done in order to carry out both on-going recruitment processes and future processes occurring in these companies, as well as keeping you informed of your topics of interests. In addition, you grant us permission to retain your data for us to contact you, including by electronic means.
You can exercise your right of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition to the use of your personal data by sending us a letter to the above address.
Pentasoft cookies: when you visit Pentasoft, we send one or more cookies (a small file containing a string of characters) to your computer that uniquely identify your browser. We use cookies to improve the quality of our service by storing your preferences, thus allowing us to learn how you use our services in order for us to improve. Registration or access information: when you use Pentasoft services, our servers automatically record the information that your browser sends whenever you visit our website. User communications: when you send an email or other communications to Pentasoft, we may retain those communications to process your questions, to respond to your requests and to improve our services.

Pentasoft only processes personal information for the purposes described in the applicable privacy policy. In addition to the above, these purposes include:

Personal information

If Pentasoft becomes involved in a merger, acquisition, or any form of sale of some or all of its assets, you will be informed before transferring any personal information and this subsequently becoming subject to a different privacy policy.

Information security
We take the appropriate security measures to protect unauthorized access or alteration, disclosure or destruction of information. These include internal reviews of our collection, storage and processing of information and security measures practices, as well as physical security measures to protect it from unauthorized access to systems where we store personal information.
We restrict access to personal information to Pentasoft employees, contractors and agents who need to know such information to operate, develop or improve our services. These individuals are bound by duties of confidentiality and are subject to discipline, including termination and criminal proceedings if they fail to meet these obligations.

When we receive formal written complaints at this address, our policy is to contact these customers in order to address their complaints. We will cooperate with the appropriate administrative authorities, including local data protection authorities so as to resolve any complaints regarding the transfer of personal data that can not be resolved between Pentasoft and the individual.

Although rare, please note that this privacy policy may change. We will not reduce your rights under this policy without your explicit consent, and we expect most such changes will be minor.
