Quality at Pentasoft
At Pentasoft, we have an Integrated Quality Management System in place, which is certified according to the ISO 9001 standard, and whose ultimate aim is to guarantee and ensure quality in the delivery of our services to our clients.
Our commitment to quality covers all fields of our company’s performance, both in the relationship with our clients and our own internal management.
Customer satisfaction, on-going improvement processes and alignment with the requirements specified are the goals we pursue in each of the tasks we carry out. Our concern to meet all these objectives makes the level of demand that our clients and our team impose on our daily work a never-ending challenge.
Managing quality is for us synonymous with the management of customer satisfaction. Therefore, our policy includes behavior guidelines that have a direct impact on customer satisfaction, for example, shortening delivery times or improving personal attention, among others.
We are committed to making continuous advances towards excellence in our work. We measure our quality indicators periodically, identify areas needing improvement and establish programs that foster a favorable environment to encourage creative and innovative development.
